Privacy

What we keep

• Your account: your email, your first name and your password (stored encrypted by our database provider).
• Your items: their photos and the listings written for them.
• Your usage: how many listings and Studio photos you made, so the plan limits work.
• If you install the browser extension: the key that connects it to your account.

Who can see your photos

Your photos are kept in private storage in the EU. Only you can see them, through links that expire after an hour.

To do their job, some services receive them. Only these, and only for this:

• Anthropic (Claude) reads the original photos of an item to write its listing. Anthropic doesn’t use what it receives through its API to train its models.
• Replicate (or fal.ai) receives a photo only when you use Studio: Google’s AI model Nano Banana smooths its creases (so Google processes it too), and another model cuts out your item. These servers can be outside the EU (in the United States). The result is sent back; according to Replicate’s documentation, files sent through its API are deleted after about an hour.
• Vinted gets your listing and the photos you chose when you send an item with the browser extension, which fills Vinted’s form in your own browser.

Our hosting (Vercel) and our database and storage (Supabase) run the service for us. We don’t sell your data and there are no ads.

Studio

Studio smooths the creases with AI, evens the light and places your item on a clean background. It’s asked never to change the item itself (colour, print, logos, labels, flaws); check each photo before you publish. Your original photo is always kept with its Studio version, and the AI that writes your listing always reads the originals.

Deleting

• Deleting an item deletes its photos, including their Studio versions.
• Deleting a photo in Studio deletes it together with its original.
• Deleting your whole account from Account arrives before launch; until then, you can delete each item.
